    ual YORK FORM 550.02 CP 7 (TH) (902) SPLIT-SYSTEM AIR-COOLED AIR CONDITIONER Model EB 060-600 YCD 75-600 Nominal Capacity 6.25 to 54.5 tons OUTDOOR UNIT DESCRIPTION Every units include heavy-duty compressor(s) with wrap around type crankcase heater and internal line break lype overload protection (YCD75-120) or internal pilol duty type overload protection (YCD 150-600), propeller fan(s) and outdoor fan motor(s) with inherent protection. Condenser coil, constructed of copper tubes and aluminum fins for durability and long lasting efficient operation, is leak tested and proof tested at 800 and 450 psig bofore being pressurized with nitrogen for storage and shipping To eliminate the costly cabinet deterioration problems usually associated with outdoor equipment, all sheet metal parts are constructed of commercial grade galvanized steel. After fabrication, each part is thoroughly cleaned to remove any grease or dirt rom ils surfaces. The parts that will be exoosed to the weather are finished with a baked enamel to assure a quality finish for many years. For mode! YCD75-120, The fan and motor section can be repositioned in the field for changing the condensing unit either horizontal or verlical discharge to meet almost any installation requirement. Compressor(s), fan(s), fan motor(s) and the controls, are funetionally testec atter the units are fabricated to assure a reliable startup and years of dependable operation: EB Model YCD Model INDOOR UNIT DESCRIPTION Those completely assembled units include a well-insulated cabinet, DX coil with copper tubes and aluminium fins, expansion valve, aluminium filters, centrifugal blower, motor, adjustable belt drive and drain pan. For model EB60-120, they are shipped in the vertical position ready for field installation and n be installed for horizontal operation by reversing the position of the solid bottom panel with the return air duct frange on the front ofF the units and changing the position of drain pan For modal B180-600, they are designed with two distint modulos to provide maximum appli flexibility. They are shipped in the vertcal po bout the blower module can be repositioned in the field to meet almost any installation requirement.
