ABOUT US
CRELIANCE ACCOUNTANTS LLP (“Creliance”) is a newly set up audit and accounting firm
which provides a wide range of high quality financial services (audit, accounting, tax,
consulting and business advisory) by a group of dedicated young talented professionals who
delivers the best to our valuable clients in a timely and cost effective manner. The team has
been working together for more than 10 years and has now formed Creliance.

Creliance is registered with the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants as Public


Accountants and with the Financial Reporting Council as Audit Firm.

Creliance is an independent member of SGA World which is International Accounting


Network, association of professional audit firms, tax advisory firms, accounting firms & Legal
firms.

Parvez MOHANGOO,
FCCA, DipIFR, Licensed Auditor,
Managing Partner

Parvez is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Diploma in
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs). He is a Licensed Auditor by the Financial Reporting Council
(FRC) and is registered as a Public Accountant by the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA).
Parvez has 18 years of experience in audit, accounting and tax. He has gained experienced in different audit
firms and has audited numerous companies in various fields such as global business sector, manufacturing,
trading, gold and mining, petroleum distribution, Intellectual property, aviation and flight charter, parastatal
bodies, NGOs among others.
Parvez has a in-depth knowledge of local tax laws and regulations and has provided clients with valuable tax
advise and also acts as tax representative for clients and assists in tax cases with the tax authorities. He also
provides training on auditing and accounting standards and is technically well versed in the interpretation and
application of new and revised auditing and accounting standards.

Sheikh Baadheer BUSSURUDDY,
ACCA, MIPA (M),
Partner – Consultancy & Business Advisory

Baadheer is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has been in the global
sector in Mauritius since 2013. He is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants
(MIPA).
He has developed in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector coupled with practical know-how on the
operations, regulatory and compliance aspects for global business entities. He has also been involved in
implementing processes and internal control and has been exposed to the main functions of the industry
including legal, tax, accounting, administration and corporate secretarial.
During his past experiences, he also had the opportunity to work on several take
over projects from other leading offshore management companies, carrying out due diligence exercises and
ensuring the smooth migration of the entities.
Baadheer has also serves as non-executive director on the boards with activities varying from agriculture,
trading, mining and transport and logistics.

Saamir RUHOMALLY
Chief Operating Officer & Technology Consultant

Saamir has more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry where he has gained extensive
experience in the accounting and audit of domestic and offshore entities and has established affable working
relationships with all stakeholders. His academic background, blended with wealth of professional experience
gained with ACCA and CISA, enables him to provide a strong financial and IT related advisory solutions.
During his past experiences, he has developed a unique set of competencies and a strong sense of clear
communication. He has supervised a team of over 10 persons with a portfolio of over 100 clients and has helped
to build trust and motivation among his team members by coaching and delivering trainings. He is very keen at
meticulously doing things.
His love and flair for technology has helped him to successfully design and set up IT networks and infrastructures
and he is specialised in audit software such as Caseware software solutions.
MANAGEMENT TEAM PROFILE
Nuur-Ud-Deen JUMON
Head of Accounting and Tax

Nuur has a professional career of 14 years in the financial industry. He has acquired experience
in audit of both domestic and offshore companies and was also in-charge of an accounting
department involved in the preparation of financial accounts, VAT, payroll, TDS and other
management reporting. He has been dealing with tax cases for various clients and also assists in
liquidation of companies. He is also well acquainted with online statutory filings with the
authorities. His extensive exposure to various accounting scenarios has allowed him to build a
strong financial background.
Throughout his professional career, he has developed a good communicating skills and
competencies. He was managing a portfolio of more than 150 clients, both companies and
individuals. He is very keen to learn and share among others and this have helped to develop a
motivated work environment among his colleagues.
