    REORGANIZATION OF BARANGAY TASK FORCE ON


    REGISTRY OF BARANGAY INHABITANTS (RBI)

    WHEREAS, it is in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act 7160


    and other enabling issuances that all residents of barangays should be
    accounted for and listed in the record of inhabitants being kept by the
    barangay secretary;

    WHEREAS, said list of barangay residents must be updated regularly;

    WHEREAS, pursuant to DILG memorandum circulars, regular reporting


    of the registration of residents should be done quarterly;

    WHEREAS, as per said DILG MC No. 2008-144 there is a need to


    organize a barangay task force to fast track registration of barangay
    residents and maintain status thereof;

    NOW THEREFORE, I,__________________________, Punong


    Barangay of ___________________, ________________, Isabela, do
    hereby reorganize the Barangay Task Force on RBI with the following
    composition, membership and functions, to wit:

    Section 1- Composition

    Section 2 – Functions

    1. Responsible in the registration of all inhabitants in the barangay;


    2. Submit quarterly reports;
    3. Update the list of RBI regularly; and
    4. Perform such other duties as required by law or ordinance.

    Section 3- Effectivity. This order shall take effect immediately.
