I can put the students into groups of four work on the Project .

Each group will receive a grade

for the work they have done together Because students might be more creative and learn
about teamwork if they work together in groups because they have a lot of emotional
intelligence are able to provide a clear vision for the team.and Also, you would grade
fewer proyects

Do you work best by yourself or with others?

I woul Rather work with other than myself because I think that It is beneficial and
essential to learn how to work with other people because It include aspects of being a
successful team member in projects or assignments It enable me to be cooperative,
open-minded. I feel more motivated when I work with a group. I enjoy
having other people around to bounce ideas off of. I find that one person
can say something that jogs your mind and prompts you to come up with
a completely new creative thought or idea.I feel that everyone has
something different to contribute to an effort because we all come from
such diverse backgrounds.
What are some important social skills that children should learn in
school?
Communication: At different stages, children need to be able to communicate at
appropriate levels. For example, between 2-3 years old, a child must make eye contact with the
person speaking to them. They need to learn early on that eye contact is polite
and indicates that they are listening.  They should be able to greet others
and know how to take turns talking. The communication skills your child acquires
are essential for their integration into society. As early as possible, children need to
learn the difference between polite and rude communication. They also need to
distinguish between communicating with an adult and a child.
Listening
Listening isn’t just about staying quiet—it means really absorbing what someone else is
saying. Listening also is a critical component of healthy communication. After all, much
of the learning in school depends on a child’s ability to listen to what the teacher is
saying

Cooperating: Good cooperation skills are essential for successfully getting

along within a community. Your child will need to cooperate with classmates on
the playground as well as in the classroom. Cooperation is important as an adult,
too. Either way, cooperation is a great opportunity for kids to learn more about
themselves.

Non-verbal skills :Non-verbal skills are the ability to read the facial expression and
body language of those around us. It also incorporates interpreting the gestures they see,
the tones of voice they hear, and the posture they observe. People often say a lot more
non-verbally than they do verbally.Teach children to interpret non-verbal cues through
fun activities. Put on an appropriate TV show or movie. Turn the sound off. Let the
children observe the characters. Pause the playback and ask the children if they can tell
you how a certain character is feeling.

Some people believe that the most important thing children lean in school i show to
behave with each other. To what extent do you agree?
I think that is essential to teach them how to behave with each other in any place
where they go because They could have a repercussion in the future because of their
wrong behavior but I don’t believe that It ‘s only thing that childre have to learn
because children are unique. In the same way, they have unique ways of learning
social skills such as listening, communication, teamwork , and teachers should strive to
distinguish and encourage them how to find their outstanding skills , in this wey It
would increase their self-steem and they would feel more confident , so they would
know that their classroom it’s an exciting experience of learning world where they are
loved and valued.
Children are unique. In the same way, they have unique ways of learning social
skills. Teachers should strive to distinguish the differing needs of their learners. But
what they all need from a teacher is reassurance that the classroom is a safe space
where they are loved and valued.

If a child feels they can trust a teacher, they will confide in them if there is
something wrong at home. They show respect to their teacher and peers,
and then they’ll receive respect in return. Teachers should learn their names
and their distinct personality traits as soon as possible so that they know
how to reach their learners.
