WHAT IS PROFOKS?

Profoks is Energized Oxygen. Energized Oxygen is the purifying and disinfecting power of the nature against pollution
and microbiological activities. This type of oxygen is naturally available in the stratosphere layer of our atmosphere. It
is not ionic and does not exhibit any oxidizing effect. Energized oxygen molecules then use this energy to break down
and neutralize chemical and biological pollutants. This structure is unstable and transforms into pure oxygen without
leaving any residue on the environment after a certain time period. Energized oxygen is not toxic and is used safely in
human environment.
Profoks is a new technology. Profoks Generators can be produced only by Pargino AŞ in Turkey in the world. Pargino
AŞ could realize this project thanks to state supports it received from TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB.

INTENDED USE OF PROFOKS


 Profoks is used for domestic and industrial waste-water treatment and disinfection. All kinds of industrial and
hazardous waste can be treated with Profoks.
 Profoks is 100% successful in drinking and domestic water disinfection and colour removal.
 Profoks is very effective in naturally stopping all microbiological activities in open or closed air disinfection.
 It is a very strong air purifier and anti-odour. With the power of stratospheric oxygen that prevents stinking
of, and purify, our world, it is possible to perform 100% chemical gas removal and odour disruption inside of
factories, in factory chimneys and garbage fields.

WHAT ARE THE INNOVATIONS THAT COME WITH PROFOKS?


 Any kind of waste-water that can and cannot be treated can be treated 100% successfully by the Profoks
treatment system.
 Water containing petrochemicals that cannot be treated on the world is being treated with this technology at
very low cost. In addition, waste water from boron mines can be treated as well. These waste waters are
recycled completely and chemicals in the waste are recovered.
 With the Profoks Industrial Treatment System, waste-water of all mines goes into the treatment system
without touching the soil, and mineral contents of the water are recovered while all the pollutants are
separated from the water. Recovery is possible for many waters of mines such as cobalt, nickel, chromium,
gold, aluminium, copper. It is possible to recover 400gr of mine per cubic meter only from liquid waste water
with not solid components. (This rate varies depending on the waste-water of mines)
 Caustic recovery amounting to $ 300 billion from the petrochemical waters of Saudi Arabia is possible only
with the Profoks Technology.
 Compared to other treatment technologies, it provides energy savings of over 90% compared to the closest
competitor.
 The annual energy savings in the treatment operations in Istanbul alone are about 800 million kilowatts.
 It provides space savings of over 90% with the space it covers compared to the closest competitor. Thus, about
400,000 acres of land can be recovered only in Istanbul.
 Building-like treatment systems can be built in places where no treatment plants can be constructed since
there are no such spaces in Istanbul.
 While 100% treatment is achieved in sites such as İzmir Gulf, Haliç, the Bosphorus, Ergene Basin, Marmara
Sea, etc., the natural vitality and cleanliness of these sites can be restored.
 The need for chemical and biological substances will completely cease when treatment and disinfection is
carried out with the Profoks Technology.
 Import rate of our country depending on chemical substances used for treatment and disinfection purposes
will cease over 95% with the Profoks Technology. The national income to be brought by this to our country
will be over $ 10 billion annually.

The size of waste-water disposal work that can only be done with ISKI is about $ 2 billion. The project size of the Ergene
Basin is about $ 1 billion. The size of the boron mine process water recovery project is about $ 100 million. It is possible
to increase these examples.

PLACE OF THE PROFOKS TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY IN THE OVERSEAS MARKET


The Profoks Technology can be used in every field in the overseas market as it is used in the domestic market. In
addition, there is no more efficient and cost-effective technology than Profoks in respect of disposal and recovery,
especially for waters containing petrochemicals. In particular, for example, the disposal of petrochemical waste
accumulated in the wells around the Caspian Sea and the surrounding basins can be done easily.

WHAT PROFOKS ARE NOT?


Energized oxygen molecule is not ozone. Ozone is an abrasive, corrosive, toxic and very expensive system that cannot
solve the problem exactly. It is an atmospheric free radical and a severe oxidizer. The system yield of ozone generators
is around 10% and they loss 90% of the energy used as a heat loss. In addition, it is necessary to spend extra energy in
order to control the heat released and cool the system. It seriously pollutes their environment and leaves toxic residues
in such environment. It provides a good removal in the environment in terms of disinfection, but it cannot stop
microbiological activity completely. It is extremely harmful for human health. By-products it creates in the
environment are carcinogenic even inhaled.
