    1. References:
    a. Memorandum from SUPT MYRA N FELICIANO, Provincial Fire Marshal
    Pampanga dated 05 April 2019 re: above subject;
    b. Memorandum from SSUPT SAMUEL C TADEO (DSC), Regional Director R3
    dated 27 March 2019 re: above subject;
    c. RDRRMC Full Council Meeting dated 15 March 2019 regarding PAGASA Report
    on El Niño, and
    d. Memorandum dated 08 October 2015 from CSUPT ALOVEEL B REPORT re:
    BFP Courses of Action regarding El Niño Phenomenon.

    2. Objectives:

    CONPLAN EL NIÑO provides policies, guidelines and procedures that Macabebe Fire Station
    responding units and contingents should implement in case of untoward incidents or
    emergencies that will occur during the El Niño Phenomenon. Furhter, this will enable Macabebe
    Fire Station to meet the following objectives:

    a) To establish unified course of action within the area of Macabebe Fire Station in
    times of calamities and other emergencies caused by El Niño
    b) To have a uniform operational response system, responsible dispatch of
    information and appropriate rehabilitation procedures;
    c) To effectively respond to emergency calls from affected areas

    3. Supporting/Coordinating Units:

    a) Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Officer(MDRRMO)


    b) Local Government Units(LGUs)
    c) Philippine National Police(PNP)
    d) Philippine Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration(PAGASA)
    e) Department of Agriculture(DA)
    f) Rural Health Unit(RHU)
    4. Courses of Actions

    a) The Contingency Plan(CONPLAN) El Nino activities are implemented by BFP


    Macabebe operating unit to take proactive steps to prevent or at least minimize
    the effects of El Nino within Area of Responsibility(AOR)
    b) The listed operating units shall be coherent with the programs and activities of
    the BFP in combating and dealing with El Nino phenomenon.
    c) All response Units shall have a good communication and must have an
    adequate safety measure to conduct immediate response during emergencies
    brought by El Nino phenomenon.
