JOINT MOTION TO REFER THE CASE TO THE PHILIPPINE


MEDIATION CENTER

The parties, unto this Honorable Court, respectfully states:

1. That the parties would like to settle the civil aspect of the case,
hence, as pursuant to Section 2(a), Rule 18 of the Rules of Court
of Civil Procedure and the Second Revised Guidelines for the
Implementation of Mediation Proceedings approved by the
Supreme Court, the party would like to refer for mediation in the
Philippine Mediation Center specifically the PMC Unit of Hall of
Justice, City;

2. That the upon approval of the motion, proceeding before this


Court be deferred due to the referral for mediation to the
Philippine Mediation Center Unit of Hall of Justice, City;

      WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, accused most


respectfully prays that the motion be granted.
  
       Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
