DIFFERENCE IN QUANTITY OF FOUNDATION SLAB DUE TO LESS BC AT RASIDPUR BLOCK

Total quantity of material in Revised Drawing ( SBC=6.25t/m2)


Rings Bars (10 mm Dia)

Average length of one bar: = 2x3.14x 2.37 = 14.89 m

No of Total rings (10+10) = 20

Total Length of bars = 20x14.89 = 297.8m

Total Weight of bars = 297.8x 0.62 = 184.64 Kg

Extra (Waste+ lap etc.) @10% = 18.5 kg

Total 10 mm diameter bars required = 203.14 kg

Radial Bars ( 12 mm Dia)

Length of radial bar = 2.46 m

No of total bars = (2x3.14x2.37/.125) = 120 bars

Total length of radial bars = 2.46x120 = 295.2m

Total weight of bars = 0.89x 262.73 = 262 Kg

Extra (Waste+ lap +hook etc.) @10% = 26.2 kg

Total 10 mm diameter bars required = 288.2 kg


Concrete (M-25)

Inside of foundation beam = 2x3.14x( 2.145+1.14)/2 x .35x1.005= 3.629 m3

Outer of Foundation beam = 2x3.14x(2.595+3.6) x(.35+.3)/2 x1.005=6.354 m3

Total Concrete used in foundation slab = 9.983 m3

PCC

Volume of PCC = 3.14x(7.52-2.082)x.15/4 = 6.114 m2

Total quantity of material in Standard Drawing ( SBC=8.75t/m2)


Rings Bars (10 mm Dia)

Average length of one bar: = 2x3.14x 2.37 = 14.89 m

No of Total rings (4+4) = 8

Total Length of bars = 8x14.89 = 119.12m

Total Weight of bars = 119.12x 0.62 = 73.85 Kg

Extra (Waste+ lap + hook etc.) @10% = 7.385 kg

Total 10 mm diameter bars required = 81.235 kg

Radial Bars ( 12 mm Dia)

Length of radial bar = 1.9 m

No of total bars = (2x3.14x2.37/.2) = 75 bars

Total length of radial bars = 1.9 x 75 = 142.5m


Total weight of bars = 0.89x 142.5 = 126 Kg

Extra (Waste+ lap etc.) @10% = 12.6 kg

Total 10 mm diameter bars required = 138.6 kg

Concrete (M-25)

Inside of foundation beam = 2x3.14x (2.145+1.395)/2 x .33x.75 = 2.75 m3

Outer of Foundation beam = 2x3.14x (2.595+3.245) x(.33+.25)/2x.65 = 3.46 m3

Total Concrete used in foundation slab = 6.21 m3

PCC

Volume of PCC = 3.14x(6.792-2.492)x.15/4 = 4.698 m2
