ABSTRACT
In this internship project, I have discussed and learnt about how Blitz
Technology offers custom services on diverse technology platforms and
offer utmost qualitative, on-time and cost-effective solutions.

I am involved in which my role was to work as a marketing executive and to

handle the clients. I started my work in basic management skills and was
given the task to manage the papers in reference to loans. Then I have
assigned to connect with clients to give information about the products and
services of our organisation. During my internship period, I have
experienced the challenges learning of the new concepts in marketing and
understanding company procedures, how the work happen. I would have
been experienced as a marketing executives about how to handle clients and
to explain the services which we are providing to attract maximum clients. I
was assigned under a supervisor to see how to connect with clients and
explain the information about the product and services. Also complete all the
basic requirements and paperwork to complete the whole task. Overcoming
my past weaknesses, learning new things each day, learnings to become
professional each day,
The first week of my internship was basically all theory based work so I
would get know the basic functioning of a company. I started my work in
basic management skills and was given the task to manage the papers in
reference to loans. Also I was assigned under a supervisor to see how to
connect with clients and explain the information about the product and
services. I was assigned different work in a single day.

In conclusion this was an opportunity to develop and enhance the skill and
competencies in my career field which I have actually achieved.

LEARNING EXPERIENCE
As a part of my MBA program I have done my internship in Blitz
Technology. I am going to share my experience in this Department for three
weeks. During this period my role was to work as a marketing executive and
to handle the clients. Then I have assigned to connect with clients to give
information about the products and services of our organisation. During my
internship I have experienced the challenges learning of the new concepts in
marketing and understanding company procedures, how the work happen. I
would have been experienced as a marketing executives about how to handle
clients and to explain the services which we are providing to attract
maximum clients. The schemes are related to institution infrastructure
development and innovations.

Weekly Report -
Week 1 [July 26- August 2]
Learning of basics of mproject proposals starting with managing things
and how the company work.

I started my internship on 26th July, 2019. It has a new experience when I

started my internship. First of all I was introduced with the company profile
and the work for which company is moving forward for better tomorrow for
the customers and company. Different departments of work was introduced

me to get to know about the whole company funtioning. I started my work in

basic management skills and was given the task to manage the papers in
reference to loans. Also I was assigned under a supervisor to see how to
connect with clients and explain the information about the product and
services. Also complete all the basic requirements and paperwork to
complete the whole task.

Week 2 [August 05 - August 09]

Trained about how to handle the clients
As second week started to progress, we were trained on the simulator where
we learn how to handle the client and mock session took place where we
grasp the knowledge about client mindset and how to handle different
situation with client. Paraphrasing, Patience, Respect and create a trust and
bond with client in professional manner. Initially it looked really difficult
and hard to understand. However, after a certain time I was able to perform
well and get to know to handle different kinds of situation with client. It was
really the fun time as we get to learn new things and also the supervisor were
very polite and easy to connect in a professional

Week 3(Aug 12 to 19)

[Hands on experience, pitch in for sales]

This week started on a good note as my superior gave me opportunity to

meet clients and take appointment and pitch in for sales. Initially I was very
nervous. However, after handling first two clients, I was very confident to
discuss all the requirement what client wanted. As it was my final week of
Internship, I gave my best shot to grasp every possible knowledge and

experience. As a successful intern of my last week I got two clients who

gave good feedback about the service.

SWOC ANALYSIS
SWOC analysis is a strategic planning method used to research external and
internal factors which affect company success and growth. Firms use SWOC
analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and
challenges of their firm, products, and competition. But in this case I would
be doing the SWOC analysis on myself and my strength, weakness,
opportunities and challenges faces by me in the organization. I had
experience myself and analyzed where I stands for.

LEARNING OUTCOME
During my internship I certainly have learned a lot of new information about
marketing procedures that are used in the market. Work ethics and professionalism
is the key to manage the work and get the result in effective and efficient manner.

Below I listed main learning outcomes:

 Understood the work environment of the marketing department: It has

something new experience as of compare to college environment here the
employee are more professional willing to work and now I understood how
the organization are functioning and the culture of the organization.

 Learning about different projects: In my internship I have learned about

different projects which has been carried by the organisation and how it’s
allocating the work to different employees about the projects.

 More knowledge about how to use spread sheet.

 Learned about the organisational policies.

 Information about the current company procedures and goals.

 Gain new skill and knowledge- One of the most important things that you
gain from an internship is newfound knowledge. This can include knowing
how to fulfil tasks that are relevant to your desired career path and
sharpening the skills that you already possess.

 Professional communications- Working in a professional setting for the

first time can be difficult to get used to. But it is the best way to learn how to
navigate the working world through real life, hands on experience. One of
the most valuable skills anyone will gain from an internship is the ability to
speak with people in a professional setting. Discussions with boss and co-

workers are different from the discussions with lecturers or fellow students.
Discussions through emails and professional WhatsApp messages to convey
and clarify the doubts.

 Independence: Often, we think being spoon fed is the way to learn, but
working independently has proved to be very important. Our internship will
teach you to make your own decisions and do things on your own. Being
able to work independently with little guidance is very important in the
working world.

FUTURE PROPOSED PLAN’S

After completion of my studies I would like to build my carrier as a manager.
Every company has its own financial and marketing department. There are lot of
opportunities and risk is there in all the departments I would like to experience this
all challenges. I would like to secure a job in a growing in an industry.
 One of my future proposed plan would be the CEO of my own company.
 Willing to take up the role of managers.
 Build my career has an entrepreneur after experiencing the corporate world.
 To be highly experienced to take up higher managerial roles in the
organization.
 Learn more things about business and risk management.

Conclusion
In review this internship has been an excellent and rewarding experience. I have
been able to meet and network with so many people that I am sure will be able to
help me with opportunities in the future. This internship help me to figure out my
strengths and weaknesses. Now I gained and experienced professional knowledge,
and technical skill. One main thing that I have learnt through this internship is time
management skills as well as self-motivation. And how to features in general office
meeting how to act and behave in the meeting. I got insight into professional
practice. I learned different facts of working within the department. I would be
open to all the options open for new opportunities in the field or specialization that
is in my interest being marketing or finance. I enjoy this line of work, but I am not
sure if there is enough room to grow until I update myself according to the trend. I
will continue to work hard and hope to continue to learn about the industry and
meet new people. At last this internship has given me a new insights and
motivation to pursue a career in finance and marketing area.
