WORK EXPERIENCE:
HR & Admin Operation – Head in a Manaksia Industries Ltd. Kolkata since October, 2016 to till
date.

● Worked closely with the CMD & Others Director on implementation of Business and HR Strategy
for the company.
● Conceptualized in consultation with Corporate HR and various SBUs (Aluminum Color Sheet,
Packaging and Printing), formulated from scratch and standardized the HR Systems and Policies,
uniform for all 3 factories.
● Assimilation of such HR Systems and Policies through effective Change Management.
● Streamlined processes and also contributed to all areas of the factory operations thereby gaining
knowledge and understanding within a short span of time.
