    1]. Price : The prices quoted are Ex- works.

    2]. Packing : Wooden packing will be provided at 3% extra cost.

    3]. GST : Extra 18% as applicable at time of delivery.

    4]. Delivery : Within 7‐8 weeks from the date of receipt of your techno –
    Commercially Clear order & approved drawing along with advance payment.

    5]. Freight, Transit Insurance Charges: Extra to Buyer’s account

    6]. Payment : 30% advance payment along with purchase order and balance
    Payment with 100% taxes against Proforma Invoice before Dispatch.

    7] Guarantee / Warranty :‐ 18months from the date of dispatch / 12 months from the date of
