    SDDP SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

    The installation can be done by following the steps below:

    1) Access our website: http://www.psr-inc.com/en/;

    2) In the upper menu bar, select:

    Software > Power System Modelling > SDDP;

    3) ou will be directed to the login


    page on PSR website. If you are not registered yet or forgot password, follow the instructions.
    After download is complete, run the setup with administrative rights.

    4) Enter the installation password provided in the release e-mail;

    5) At the end the installation of the hardlock key will be launched. In case the Upgrade option for
    the driver of the hardlock key is presented, please accept it and continue. We suggest that all
    options recommended during the installation of the hardlock key are accepted;

    6) In the sequence, it will be launched the installation of MPICH2, an application required for
    the execution of cases in Parallel mode (the MPICH2 installation is not required and, there-
    fore, will not start if the same version of MPICH2 is already installed in the computer). We
    suggest that all options recommended during the installation of MPICH2 are accepted. In
    case a previous version of MPICH is installed in the computer, the setup might present an er-
    ror message. In such case, all previously installed versions of MPICH must be removed from
    the computer through the Windows Control Panel and the SDDP installation must be redone;

    7) The installation is complete and SDDP is ready to use
