work plan. Coordinate the results based management planning and reporting process.

identify problems and issues to be addressed and propose corrective actions; liaise with relevant
parties; identify and track follow-up actions.
 Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to measure the performance, impact, and
sustainability of existing projects. Create effective M&E information systems to support monitoring
activities.
 Ensure a high-quality, professional, and timely completion of project goals and objectives. Coordinate
and lead an ongoing and user-friendly analysis, and present findings of the results found.
 Monitor compliance with M&E activities. Oversee M&E activities and present updates on the
progress of the program’s goals/objectives.
