However, in their phone call Mr. Callaway explained that the Finola variety does not grow well at that latitude and would be unproductive. Instead, he suggested importing bulk hempseed oil or other non-viable seed products to begin distribution while testing other varieties that may be better suited to the location.     informative part on Finola Developmental Morphology (available on website) penned by
    your good-self. In continuation... I will be grateful if you can send me a detailed report on
    your research findings (with location constraints/practicality or conditions) with respect to
    farming Finola Hemp Seed in India, more specific to... southern part of India - Kanyakumari
    location in Tamil Nadu State.

    Thank you for your phone call and e-mail.


    As I mentioned to you by phone, the FINOLA variety does not grow well at your latitude. It was
    developed for high latitude. You are too far south for this variety to be economically productive. In
    our experience, over the last 21 years, FINOLA will be too short and unproductive at your latitude.
    We will not send you planting seed for this reason. I wish to save you time and money.

    Instead, we discussed the possibility of you importing bulk oil to India (or other non-viable seed
    products), so that you may begin product distribution to your markets. At the same time, you can
    begin to test other hemp varieties in your location over the next 2-3 years, so that you may begin to
    find the hemp variety that will be best for your location, as you build your markets.
    If you would like me to put you in contact with a FINOLA producer in Europe for bulk hempseed oil
    (or other non-viable seed products), then I will be happy to do that for you at no cost. This way, you
    will be in direct connection with a bulk producer, with no middle man.
