    ELEATION’s Placement Process : Selection Process

    1. Pre-Placement Online Test :


    2. Placement Test : First Round : Online Technical Test
    3. Placement Test : Second Round : Telephonic Technical Interview
    4. Placement Test : Third Round : Tool Test
    5. Offer letter and Joining Process.

    1. Pre-Placement Online Test :

    ELEATION Placement Process Starts with Pre-Placement Online Test for all 4th
    Year Students of Mechanical, Civil, Production, Automobile and other related Branches.
    Note : ELEATION Pre-placement conducts Pre-placement online test to select the
    students for Free Online Training on ELEATION's ANSYS Basic To Professional Training
    Program.

    ➢ To Conduct the Pre-Placement Online Test, College TPO has to register on ELEATION
    Website.
    ➢ TPO needs to select the date and time on which you need to conduct Online Pre-
    Placement Test.

    ELEATION Conducts Pre-Placement Test because CAE and ANSYS is a new domain
    and maximum Engineering students are not aware about CAE and ANSYS, so to get
    maximum engineering students placed in ELEATION. ELEATION first Provides Free
    Training on CAE and ANSYS and then Conduct the Placement Test.

    In ELEATION's Pre-Placement Online Test:


    ➢ Total number of questions – 50
    ➢ Total Test Marks – 100
    ➢ To get Free Training of ELEATION's ANSYS Basic To Professional Training Program,
    student have to score 80 or more Marks.
    ➢ All the questions will be from Finite Element Analysis (FEA) / Finite Element Method
    (FEM) Subject.
    ➢ ELEATION will offer Free training either to all the students scoring 80 or more marks
    or top 5 students, whichever is higher.

    Note : ELEATION placement process doesn't involve any


    commercial(fees/payment) from the college or from the students.

    All the other students those who are not selected for Free Training on ELEATION's
    ANSYS Basic To Professional Training program and still want to learn/join ELEATION's
    ANSYS Basic To Professional Training Program, has to pay INR 750/- to join Online
    ELEATION's ANSYS Basic To Professional Training Program.

    Note : INR 750/- is not for the placement, INR 750/- is the fees for Online
    ELEATION's ANSYS Basic To Professional Training Program and its is optional to all
    the students.
    2. Placement Test : First Round : Online Technical Test
    ELEATION will conduct Online Technical test on 12th June 2020.
    Total number of Questions : 50.
    Total marks : 100.
    All the questions will Multiple Choice Questions
    The questions will be from the Theory covered in Online ELEATION’s ANSYS Basic to
    Professional Training Program, ANSYS Software, Strength of Material, Mechanics
    and FEM/FEA subject.
    To clear the first round students have to score 80 or more marks.

    3. Placement Test : Second Round : Telephonic Technical Interview


    All the students scoring 80 or more marks are qualified for the technical interview.
    Technical interview will be telephonic interview.
    We will call each student on 15th, 16th and 17th June 2020.
    We will ask 6 questions from Theory Covered in ELEATION’s ANSYS Basic to
    Professional training program and ANSYS Software.
    Student have to give correct answer of 4 or more questions, to qualify for the
    second round.

    4. Placement Test : Third Round : Tool Test


    All the students qualifying the second round are eligible to give 3rd round : tool test.
    We will share a CAD model and problem statement in PDF format.
    Student have to read the instruction and share the result.
    Third Round : Tool Test, will be conducted on 20th June 2020.
    All the students clearing the Third Round, will get offer letter on 25th June 2020.

    5. Offer letter and Joining Process.


    All the students clearing the Third Round, will get offer letter on 25th June 2020.
    Students have to submit all the necessary documents before 30th June 2020.
    Joining location will be ELEATION's Pune Office.
    All the selected students can join ELEATION anytime between 1st July 2020 to 15th
    July 2020.
