    THE FOOTBALL SOCCER

    It is a team sport played between two sets of eleven players each and some
    referees who are concerned that the standards are met correctly. It is widely
    considered the most popular sport in the world, as it is practiced by about 270
    million people. It is also known as soccer association or football association, name
    derived from "The Football Association", the first official federation of the world in
    this sport and that used that name to distinguish it from other sports that include
    the word "soccer" or "soccer". In some English speaking countries it is also known
    as soccer, abbreviation of association, since the name of football in those countries
    is associated mainly to other sports with that denomination.

    The pitch is rectangular of natural or artificial turf, with a goal or bow on each side
    of the field. It is played by a ball that must be moved through the field with any part
    of the body other than the arms or hands, and mostly with the feet (hence its
    name). The objective is to enter it inside the goal or opposite arc, an action that is
    called scoring a goal. The team that achieves the most goals after the match,
    lasting 90 minutes, is the winner of the match.

    There are two categories:

    Of the masculine and feminine soccer, the uniform for this sport is conformed by
    shorts, T-shirt, shoes, high stockings, shin guards and gloves.

    The first competition was on 19 December 1863 in England; the sports authority of
    this game is FIFA.

    FIFA is the institution that governs the federations of soccer in the whole planet. It
    was founded on May 21, 1904 and is based in Zurich, Switzerland. It is part of the
    IFAB, the body responsible for changing the rules of the game. In addition, FIFA
    organizes the World Cup, the other World Championships in its different categories
    and branches, the Olympic Tournaments alongside the IOC and other
    competitions.
    It began in 1863, when in England the roads of rugby-football (rugby) and of
    association football (soccer) were separated, being founded the oldest association
    of the world: the "Football Association”), the first governing body of sport.

    Football is also one of the sports that are played at the Summer Olympics, the
    tournament is governed by FIFA rules officially called the Olympic Football
    Tournament, and was organized in conjunction with the IOC. The men's edition
    was played from September 20 in 1900 in Paris, while the women's football
    tournament appears on July 21 in 1996 in Atlanta.

    The next World Cup is Russia 2018, covering the whole country and the following
    teams are already classified:

    - Russia, Belgium, South Korea, Germany, England, Spain, Colombia, Brazil, Iran,
    Japan, Mexico.

    Among other teams that achieved a good performance in the qualifiers.
