BUSINESS PROPOSAL
I. Objectives
Businesses are ran through different objectives and goals, with the help of these
objectives, our business Thunder Wings, will be allowed to mold and define our
direction. Different companies allocate its resources, strengths, weaknesses and
opportunities it has in order to be able to achieve the set goal.
The business Thunder Wings provides different flavors of chicken wings served with a
side dish and a refreshment, according to their package. Thunder Wings was conceived
when the members brain storm and thought of this business will give a roaring noise
because of its products. The business will develop slowly and we will ensure it is all
surely fully develop that can face the markets.
Vision
A business that will expand as a well known business. Not known only for its product
but also for its caliber service. It will provide a happy tummy to the customers.
Mission
To satisfy every single one of our customer’s cravings or hunger and to build a nurturing
connection between our customers and we, ourselves.
The brand promise’s to provide a high quality product that will be served to the
customers palatably. We promise to build a satisfactory performances and a customer-
employee relationship among our customers.
They would likely purchase our product to satisfy their cravings on chicken wings. The
product is on high demand nowadays, you can never have enough when we are talking
about chicken wings.
We ensure that this business will be successful. We will put in extra care when it comes
to the services and products we provide, we will work strenuously to make sure that our
customers will be satisfied with our commodity.
We will pour everything that we are able to give and we are to do everything that is
needed to make sure that the business will not fail, and we will make sure that the
employees will flourish on the responsibility. And that we would all build a positive
employee environment by revolving around the condition of understanding and
cooperation within the working environment.
We will build up the relationship between the workers, we will ensure that we will know
the troubles and stress of running a business and that we would respect each other and
to cooperate under times of pressure, and if tension is felt between co-workers we will
ensure that we will solve it and talk about it. Regarding customer's we will make sure
that we would be kind and very welcoming to whomever desires to purchase our
product. And if there is an unsatisfied reaction to our product, we will ensure to please
the customer in any way or form we can.
We will focus on controlling our costs in production and during the operation, in the
same period of maintaining our profit on the products we sold, without cutting down
corners. We will all pitch in our capital and we will ensure that everyone will be payed
evenly according to what we have earned
III. Market
This Business aims to sell products to the secondary level since most of them are a fan
of chicken.
A. STRENGTHS
Thunder Wings’s products conform to the modern tastes of most,
therefore will attract popularity from the crowd.
The business is well controlled, monitored and maintained, as well in the
costing, and manpower point of view.
Great staff and labor power, inner relationships within workers are at a
decent rate.
Focuses on eco-friendly methods and cheaper production costs without
costing and cutting vital corners.
Puts the customer and their benefits in mind, and would avoid anything to
anger or displease them.
B. WEAKNESS
Due to the immense amount of people, we would pre-expect times of
confusion and displacement within the business.
Products may not be appreciated by the smaller minority, the old.
C. OPPORTUNITIES
Potentials are yet to be known.
Vendor to customer relationships within certain degree is at a decent rate.
Early advertisements have gathered some form of attention.
There is an untapped market within the said location of operation.
D. THREATS
Competing with other businesses, in terms of profit, customers and in a
business point of view.
Our business is not that big but we’ll be able to serve students including the teachers
and other people too.
We’re going to sell chicken wings served with different flavor or sauces we an
accompaniment of a side dish of the customer’s choice and a wide range of available
refreshments such as juices or soft drinks.
As much as possible, we are aiming for a cost-friendly price for our customers.
Since we expect our customers are easy to be reached, we will be giving out flyers and
advertise our products with the use of social media. We can also promote our business
by posting pictures in social media.
IV. Competitors
As of the current data that we gathered, our business has a total of 7 competitors within
our location. Japizza, Winter and Spice, Deli Corn, Choco Pops, Appetina, Doughnuts
Delight, and Potato Ave.
The business of our competitors varies from corn dogs & sweet corns, Japanese cakes
& pizza rolls, waffles, shaved ice & potato twister, fries, and street foods that our target
market might also enjoy.
Our competitors, have the same target market as ours seeing as we are in the same
location which would be the Holy Rosary Academy of Las Piñas City’s open ground.
We concluded that our competitor who would have sweets and confectionaries would
be the one who would be doing a lot of sales with the kids who ages from 6 to 12 year
olds, while our business take advantage with the ones with the ages of 13 to 18 year
olds. Most probably, the businesses who would have different product would have a
disadvantage seeing as people wouldn’t risk trying something they’re not familiar with.
Our business’ edge would be our chicken wings itself and the popularity of it nowadays.
Our chicken wings offers the innovation that market has not ever seen before. It offers
the mouth-watering and the goodness taste of chicken wings that makes you feel the
happiness, fulfillment of your emptiness, overflowing crave, and the satisfaction in every
bite that you surely cannot resist.
V. Location
Advantage
The place of the business is in the school grounds (open ground to be specific) thus
there will be a wave of customers/consumers.
Due to the openness/ large space of the place, there’s no need to worry about jamming
or hustling of the customers, same goes for the employees that are inside the stall.
Advertising will be very EFFECTIVE due to the fact that customer(s) shall swarm the
place.
Disadvantages
Competitors can’t be avoided because of the fact that the venue’s event is bazaar thus
there will be other stall/store(s).
In spite of the fact that there will be a lot of customers, there is still no 100% guarantee
that target market will be reached.
The use of electricity & appliances are limited (only microwave & rice cooker are
available.) according to the regulations of the venue.
No one is allowed to go outside and buy more supplies mostly on the occasion of
diminishing of materials/supplies.
Outsiders are not allowed to buy inside the facility. It is state that only students and
school employees participate in the event.
No one knows what will happen once the event starts. Possibilities of having problems
or malfunction on the time of the event is 50%.
The place/venue is inside the school grounds. The wide space for the stall(s) are
guaranteed by the higher up(s)/owner of the venue although it is guaranteed, the stalls
are provided and made by the entrepreneur(s) of the business or the people who shall
sell in the time of the event.
As it stated, our stalls are required to be made by our own hands and indeed,
improvements are crucial on or before of the time of the event.
Our Business needs improvements and it is rented.
The environment of the facility is proper and eco-friendly. People will use paper bags
instead of plastics and is strict about untidiness.
There are no ruckus (e.g., festivals, bands, loud noises & etc.,) made so far.
The probability of negative scenarios such as crimes, accidents, & etc., are low.
We aren’t the only business in the aforementioned location, the following are the said
‘other businesses’
All of the owners in the business have a shared goal and a same perspective that the
business will succeed.
If ever there is another qualified person that joins the enterprise, we will employ him/her.
We do entertain people that have the same perspective for our business.

Leads the whole business and manages the business. Responsible for planning,
directing, and overseeing the operations and fiscal health of a business unit.
They are the ones who monitor inventories and ordering merchandise. They help the
manager to keep the business running.
Service Crew (Althea Mae Perez, Veremisce Padama, Francheska Simone Braga)
The most important thing we need is the ingredients and the equipments needed in
order to serve the foods warm and palatable.
We ourselves will be the suppliers of our business. We, personally, will provide
everything that we need for our business to be able to survive.
We will make sure that we will produce and transport our product with care and safety ,
without doing anything that could harm it and the customers .
The funds will be used for the working capital, purchasing of needed material or supply,
and any renovation or improvement for our business. The capital we estimated will be
used in buying ingredients for example is chicken wings, oil, and butter. Also this will be
used in buying materials for our packaging and for designing our own food cart. The
estimated capital will have changes when our estimated capital is not enough.
