    sa Pakikilahok sa Atletiks sa Isang Mataas na Antas ng Paaralan” as a requirement for our
    research project in Grade 11.

    In this regard, we humbly ask for your permission to conduct a survey and data gathering
    on January 30, Thursday on the afternoon in your institution. It only requires at least 30 student
    athletes in different grade levels.
