Kaka was born in Brazilia, from age 4 to 7, his family lived in Culaba, following his father, a
civil engineer. At age 7, the family moved to the city of Sao Paulo, in the neighborhood of Morumbi,
near the stadium of Sao Paulo FC> As FIFA says, ”Kaka fails to fit the Brazilian stereo type of the kid
from the favela who first played the game in the street with a ball made from rags. Coming from
comfortable and cultured family, Kaka kept up his studies as long as they were compatible with his
profession.”
His talent was soon recognized. A professor called the family and suggested enrolling him in a
football school. At age 8, Kaka was playing with Sao Paulo FC, where he succeeded in all categories.
At age 14, Kaka used to wake up two hours early, to keep up with his studies. Kaka managed to
conclude the intermediary cycle (eleven years) in Brazil, before dedicating exclusively to football.
In 2006, only 24 years old, Kaka was one of the main Brazilian players in the Word Cup.

Blinking our eyes automatically supplies two forms of moisture to our eyes, to keep them from
drying out, and to keep foreign matters from entering and irritating our eyes. Eyelids themselves,
our built-in ”Wind-shield wipers,” are merely folds of skin, controlled by muscles capable of
expanding and contracting so rapidly, that blinking does not impair our vision. Mother Nature lined
the rims of our eyelids with 20-30 sebaceous , oil-producing glands, which are located between our
eyelashes with the lubricant it secretes, to prevent them from drying out.
Blinking also protects the eye from dryness by irrigating, not by irritating, the eyes. The eyelid,
through suction, automatically draws the fluid we cry with from the well we refer to as the tear duct
over the eyeball, to irrigate, and moisturize the eye. The process is similar to the manner in which
the farmer uses water to irrigate his crops during a dry spell.
Blinking is to shield the eye from foreign bodies. Our eyelashes, short, curved, hairs, attached
to the eyelids, serve as a dust-catchers, as the blinking reflex causes them automatically to lower,
when exposed to hash elements. Nature endowed the camel with extraordinary long, curly,
eyelashes, to protect his eyes from sudden sandstorms in the desert. incidentally, the ”camel
eyelash” look is one many woman attempt to duplicate by using an eyelash curler! Eyebrows, by the
way, also serves their purpose, as they catch the run-off perspiration produces.
Do you know what a hacker is? A hacker is a person who enjoys exploring the details of a
programmable system on computer and he or she likes to stretch the capability of the system. The
activities they do in the computers are called „hacking‟.
So, what‟s the problem with „hacking and its hackers?‟. The problem is whether „hacking and
its hackers‟ is legal or illegal. What I mean is that people in the world have many different views
about hacking and the hackers. Some of them take sides, but many object.
To get back to what I was saying previously, let‟s see the positive point of a hacker, shall we?
Although in most places breaking into computer systems is considered illegal, I believe that hackers
don‟t do anything illegal because they only want to know and try the system. I dare to say that a
hacker likes finding the strength and the weaknesses of a computer system. They feel proud if they
can find the weaknesses. So, I don‟t really see the crimes in this case. In addition, these hackers
sometimes help the police catch the „white color criminals‟, such as bank robbers, money launderers,
credit cards forgers. For example, in 2000, the U.S. hackers caught some Singaporeans hackers who
made „Virus Love‟ to break up programs of the U.S National Security system.
Nevertheless, those who object to the good points of hackers say that hacking is a crime. The
reason is that some hackers use their brilliant skills to break into banks and other vital institutions
where they can get money and destroy information, and the worst thing is they can get secret
information and sell it to other country. This a treachery.penghianatan

While, not as charming as Winn Dixi or magical as Narnia, The Seeker is still a solidity made,
well-acted fantasy that sweeps you up in its imaginary world, sense of urgency and the timeless
struggle between good and evil. Compared to the original books, which were very British and deeply
rooted in Arthurian Legend, this film transforms Will Stanton into an American boy whose family has
recently moved to their ancestral homeland of England. The Arthurian elements have also been
replaced with a more general light-darkness, good-versus-evil struggle.
34. The Seeker is still a solidity made, well-acted fantasy that sweeps you up in its imaginary world,
sense of … (paragraph 3).
The word its refers to … .
A. Winn Dixie
B. Harry Potter
C. Imaginary world

Seahorses are fish. The Latin name is Hippocampus which means ”Horse Caterpillar”.
Seahorses live in water. They breathe through gills. Unlike most other fish, they do not have caudal
fins and have a long snake-like tail. They have an exoskeleton. Their bodies are made up hard,
external, body plates that are fused together with a fleshy covering. They do not have scale.
Seahorses also have a neck and snout that points down.
Seahorses are poor swimmers. They rely on their dorsal fins beating at 30-70 time per second
to propel it along. Pectoral fin either side of the head help with stability and steering.
Seahorses are able to grow fleshy appendages called cirri on their bodies. This gives a weed

like appearance and helps with camouflage. Seahorses can change color very quickly and match any
surroundings in which it finds itself.
Seahorses live in a shallow weedy area especially ell grass beds. In winter they move into a
deeper water to escape the rough weather. There are between 30 and 40 species of seahorses
worldwide, and possibly as many sub-species.
Seahorses eat small crustacean such as shrimps. Adult eats 30-50 times a day. Baby seahorses
eat a staggering 3.000 pieces of food per day.
Snow is the collection of ice crystals that are tiny and attach to one another. The ice crystal is
also clear and colorless while the accumulated crystals combine to form snowflakes.
The snow is visible to us due to the presence of light. Snow falls from the above in the
atmosphere and reaches the ground. The ice crystal will enable the light falling on them to get
reflected to their surface. There are multiple faces for the crystals and hence the light also gets
tersebar scattered. Visible light has various wavelengths of light that are visualized by us. When light falls on
any object some part of the light will be absorbed and the other part will be reflected. The reflected
part of light reaches out eyes and makes us recognizes the colors.
The light fallen on the light crystals also do not pass through the crystals for a long distance
but tend to change directions. The light also gets reflected at an angle in the interior of the ice. As
snow exist as collection of snowflakes on the ground, the light that falls on them will not have a
particular wavelength that is reflected with some regularity. So, most of the light that falls on the
snow will almost completely gets reflected back. The light that gets reflected by the snow will remain
white most of the time as the total light and not any one wavelength of it is reflected back. Hence,
snow is white in color.
39. What happens if the light fallen on the ice crystals do not pass through the crystals?
A. It falls as snow.
B. It gets reflected.
C. It makes the snow melting.
D. It tends to change direction.
E. It will not have particular wavelength.

C. the ground

Education has an important role in our life. There are educational systems all over the world.
Most Asian countries, for example, have different educational system compared to the systems used

Educational systems in Asia are reflect how group work and tradition are more valued than

systems also require students to stay longer at school to study. The educational system creates
disciplined students with self-control.
There are, however, disadvantages of the Asian educational systems. Information that is
memorized will be forgotten. Students are also not familiar with expressing their ideas and opinions.
