INSTRUMENTATION CABLES
WIND CABLES
WINDLINK CABLES MV-RS
• Power conductor and protection conductor: Class 5 flexible copper (with special formation
to meet the rigorous torsion test)
• Core insulation:
- Semi-conductive layer of the conductor
- Elastomeric extruded rubber (HV EPR)
- Semi-conductive layer of insulation
• Conductor protection coverage: semi-conductive extruded rubber
• Internal coating: Special extruded rubber
• External coverage: EVA based rubber, oil and water resistant, fire retardant and crack resistant
• Applications: Designed to be used under special circumstances in wind turbines, torsion and suspension resistant, it can
be operated with a small bend radius due to limited spacing. Recommended for situations of high mechanical stress.
