Introduction
Sample is engaged in the business of promoting brands digitally through Web, digital media and
print media services. As part of our offerings we are pleased to submit this commercial proposal to
XZY COMPANY for their website development and branding needs.

Sample will suggest few sample layouts for user to choose. This will give perspective of
customer expectation; based on this website layout will be designed.
User interface design:

User Interface design to follow ‘minimum click’, ‘easy-to-navigate’ design principles. UI design will provide
better user experience with responsive and user- friendly design.
Mock-up screens design:

Mock-up screens will be designed and shared with customer for approval before starting the webpage
(HTML / php ) development.
Google Fonts:
One of the best Google web fonts will be used for better aesthetics and shorter site loading time.
SEO Element Integration:

On-Page SEO elements as integration of keywords in A links, meta-tags, images, page titles will be taken
care while designing the web pages.
Responsive design &Compatibility:

The web design approach will have ‘responsiveness and compatibility’ added using HTML5 & CSS3
technologies therefore the final website adapts to all mobile devices and browsers easily.
