    DEFEATING DEPRESSION

    Looking in today's scenes, depression has been one of the most threatening and alarming
    issues among teenagers and also to those people whom we can consider aged enough. On the same
    manner, it selects no gender, walks of life either. You as a person I will ask you further, are you
    experiencing existential crisis? Depression?

    Depression is a serious mental condition that has to be taken not for granted. Moreover,
    has to be treated as soon as some signs start to manifest.

    However, people shall not waste even a second and as much as possible must try to help
    people who are vulnerable from such.

    We must become mindful and keen observant, to people whom we mingle with almost
    every day. We shall learn to find strategies on how they can easily open up, about their personal
    problems and angst because commonly those who keep the troubles only within themselves
    become the victims of depression.

    Moreover, we shall learn to become effective listener to quickly determine whether or not
    someone undergoes something or not. Also, we shall always open our lines of communication as
    it is what can heal a poisoned mind and heart which can lead to depression.

    On other hand, those that were mentioned are only pieces of the trust that we shall earn to
    people with such tendencies. They will open up with us voluntarily only when they have great
    sense of trust on us. On the contrary, answers to depression may not always come from other
    people rather they may start personally from us.

    As a person, we shall not always keep everything within us. We shall realize that not
    everything, no matter how tough you are, can be resolved by ourselves. We shall learn how to
    share other people the negative thoughts that ruin our minds to get unsolicited advices that may be
    very helpful to enlighten the dark portion of our soul.

    Moreover, we shall believe strongly to the power of prayer, to the connection we have
    with God and to the greatness of our faith with Him - as He will never fail or listen, we just have
    to call.

    Above all, we shall appreciate the beauty of life. We shall learn to always look into the
    brighter side of the journey. And, we shall not think greater about our worries but the love of our
    family and friends - above all of God we can kill depression.
