     Please note that guests are responsible for leaving the property in good condition for the next guests. In the event that
    the unit is returned to us in an extremely dirty / disorderly condition, we shall charge a CLEANING FEE of Php 1,000.00 against
    your security deposit.
     PETS are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
     NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT.
     This document shall serve as the contract between the parties.
