CONCLUSION:
With this the Counsel concludes the Examination-in-Chief. From the testimonies given
by the witnesses, it can be concluded that:
a. There are two more people other than A1 & A2 on the terrace.
b. Only 8 shots were fired by the accused
c. They were also armed with weapons
d. The shots fired from the above
e. They are not citizens of Titan
f. There were two people who looked like the ones in the sketches climbing the
library wall.
g. It can also be concluded from the injuries of the deceased that the shots were
fired from different angles and not only from the place where the Accused were
present.
