I. GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION


A. Rationale -Discuss gender problems/issues/gaps encountered before the implementation
of (Project) or (Program) or (Activity) that need to be addressed.
NOTE: Gender mandate/issue must be based from the GAD Plan and
Budget & Gender Issue or gap/s must be evidenced by a data whether
thru a fresh survey or existing facts and figures gathered.

Example: A workshop will be done using the prescribed guidelines & pro
forma in the preparation of HGDG evaluation tool, GPB and GAR for the
practical applica tion of the learned ideas. Immediately after this training
workshop, the participants are expected to execute gender assessment of
every (Project) or (Program) or (Activity) to be conducted under the
Box12. GAD checklist for designing and evaluating education.

that ensures girl’s and boy’s and women’s and men’s equal access to

intersection of different forms of discrimination, takes affirmative steps
where necessary to reduce gender gaps and disparities in the
management of learning process, provides children a learner-friendly
environment that addresses their diverse learning needs ad results in
the progressive achievement of gender equality in educational
outcomes.

2. Closely observe the process in conducting sessions.
3. Conduct debriefing sessions with the concerned facilitators, right
after the last session of the day. Strictly adhere to the standards
of conducting debriefing.
4. Accomplish daily entries in the Consolidated Process
Observation Report to be submitted to the training management.
Registration/Class Managers

Task (Registration) 1. Arrive at the training venue at least 1 hour before the registration
period.
2. Committee members shall get the registration sheet, table labels,
pens and training kits from the chairman.
3. Find accessible site where the participants can register without
hassle.
4. Set-up the registration site.
5. Facilitate the registration process of the participants.
6. When a participant is done signing the registration sheet, the
committee shall then distribute the training kit.
7. Instruct participants the next step/s (where to go) after the
registration process.
Task (Class Manager/Facilitator) 1. Prepare the training room and check the equipment and
materials needed before the start of the session.
2. Inform the training management of any changes in the
session/activities.
3. Participate during the debriefing sessions.
4. Be open-minded and accept comments or suggestions
constructively.
5. Facilitate the sessions thoroughly adhering strictly to the set of
standards and processes.
6. Ensure that the outputs of the participants are posted right every
after activity.
7. Provide technical inputs of participants when needed.
8. Any concern with regards to the materials and equipment shall
be addressed to the class manager.
9. Be at the training venue at least 30 minutes before the start of
the session.
10. Distribute and collect Daily Journal
11. Facilitate the checking and monitoring of attendance.
Quality Assurance & Monitoring Evaluation

Tasks 1. Create a unique tinyurl for the assigned class using the standard
forms.
2. Monitor the progress of the daily online evaluation.
3. Ensure that 100% participants have evaluated all the sessions.
4. Should there be any concerns/challenges, the committee
members shall provide assistance to the facilitators and/or
address it to the training management.
5. Class monitors shall analyze results and accomplish QAME
Form 2 and furnish a copy to the QAME chairperson for
consolidation.
6. Provide daily report of the participants’ raw
comments/suggestions to the process observers/class managers
and to the Training Management Team as reference for actions
and interventions.
7. During the general debriefing sessions, the QAME
Chairperson shall report the results of the online evaluation to
the process observers/class managers/ facilitators/ and training
management team.
8. QAME Chairperson shall consolidate result and submit
QAME Form 3 to the training management team.
9. QAME Chairperson shall present general results to the plenary
during the closing program.
10. Provide daily report of the participants’ raw
comments/suggestions to the process observers/class managers
and to the Training Management Team as reference for actions
and interventions.
11. During the general debriefing sessions, the QAME
Chairperson shall report the results of the online evaluation to
the process observers/class managers/ facilitators/ and training
management team.
Program Invitation/Certificates

Tasks 1. Inquire necessary information from the training manager


2. Encode a draft of the program invitation and certificates. Have it
reviewed by the training manager. Make corrections, if any.
3. Reproduce exact number of copies of the program invitations
and certificates.
4. Distribute the programs invitations to the identified personalities
prior to the start of the opening program.
5. Submit the certificates for appearance, participation and
recognition with the corresponding list of names to the SDS for
signature.
6. Keep the duly signed certificates and give to the host during the
closing program.
Documentation/Tarpaulin

Task 1. Take pictures of the operations and activities during the conduct
of the training.
2. Committee members must take good care of the gadgets used for
documentation.
3. Post pictures at DepEd Siargao HRD Page.
4. Print the final design of the tarpaulin and present it for approval.
5. Post the tarpaulins at the most accessible areas of the training
venue.
6. Remove and keep the tarpaulins right after the closing program.
