Stick Push 1-2 Fault A (O) Airplane may be dispatched with one system
(Amber – Caution) inoperative provided:
(GV-SP, GIV-X) a) Angle of Attack indication is available on both
PFDs,
b) Alternate procedures are established and used,
c) The inoperative stall barrier system is electrically
disabled by pulling and collaring the
SHAKER #1: POP E-6, SHAKER #2: CPOP E-6,
STALL BARR VALVE #1: POP E-5, STALL
BARR VALVE #2: CPOP E-5 Stall Barrier Valve
and Stick Shaker circuit breakers associated
with the failed system,
d) Crew procedures in the event the remaining stall
barrier fails are discussed,
e) If the remaining stall barrier fails the minimum
speed shall be no less than Vref (1.3 Vs) for all
phases of flight (this minimum speed shall be
cross referenced to a normalized AOA value of
0.59 as displayed on the PFD),
f) Weather at departure and destination is
considered,
g) Consideration is given to delaying takeoff or
approach and landing, if windshear is forecast
until such conditions cease, or consideration is
given to proceeding to alternate, and
h) Repairs are made within 2 flight days.

STICK PUSH UNAVAIL A (O) Airplane may be dispatched with one system
(Amber – Caution) inoperative provided:

Stick Shake 1-2 Fail A Airplane may be dispatched with a single control
(Blue – Advisory) column shaker inoperative provided:
(GV-SP, GIV-X) a) Angle of Attack indication is available on both
PFDs,
b) Both stall barrier systems are operative, and
c) Repairs are made within 2 flight days.
Stuck MIC ACP 3 A (O) Airplane may be dispatched with ACP 3 indicating
(Blue – Advisory) stuck MIC provided:
(GV-SP, GIV-X) a) Pilot and Copilot ACPs are operative,
b) OBSERVER ACP: REER, D-7 is pulled and
collared,
c) Affected ACP is not required as determined by
the Pilot-in-Command,
d) Flight Deck to cabin communication is operative,
e) A passenger seat in the passenger cabin is
made available to an FAA inspector for the
performance of official duties,
f) Alternate procedures are established and used,
g) Required minimum safety equipment (safety belt
and oxygen) is available,
h) Seat is acceptable to the FAA inspector for
performance of official duties, and
i) Repairs are made within 2 flight days.
VHF COM 1-2 Fail C Airplane may be dispatched with any in excess of those
(Blue – Advisory) required by 14 CFR provided it is not powered by the |
(GV-SP, GIV-X) Emergency AC Bus, Emergency DC Bus, Battery Bus, |
Battery Direct Bus, or the DC Transfer Bus and not |
required for emergency procedures. |
VHF COMM 1-2 FAIL C Airplane may be dispatched with any in excess of those
(Blue – Advisory) required by 14 CFR provided it is not powered by the |
(GV) Emergency AC Bus, Emergency DC Bus, Battery Bus, |
Battery Direct Bus, or the DC Transfer Bus and not |

WG A/I SYS FL, L-R B Except for ER operations, airplane may be dispatched
(Amber – Caution) with wing anti-ice system inoperative provided airplane
(GV) is not operated in known or forecast icing conditions.
Wing Anti-Ice Sys Fail, L-R B Except for ER operations, airplane may be dispatched
(Amber – Caution) with wing anti-ice system inoperative provided airplane
(GV-SP, GIV-X) is not operated in known or forecast icing conditions.
Yaw Damper 1-2 Fail B (O) Except for ER operations, airplane may be
(Amber – Caution) dispatched with one channel inoperative provided
(GV-SP, GIV-X) airplane is operated in accordance with AFM Limitations
in the event the operative Yaw Damper fails.
YD 1-2 Power Fail B (O) Airplane may be dispatched with one inoperative
(Blue – Advisory) yaw damper system provided the inoperative
(GIV-X) YAW DAMPER SERVO #1: POP, D-6 or
YAW DAMPER SERVO #2: CPOP, D-6 circuit breaker
is pulled and collared.
