    SUBJECT: Meal Allowance

    We are pleased to announce that after due consideration, the Meal allowance for meetings and
    events have been increased as follows:

    Within the office Meetings Official Meetings


    and Events Outside the Office
    Breakfast P75 P150
    Lunch P100 P150
    Dinner P100 P150
    Snacks P75 P150

    Additional guidelines:

    1. Any expense in excess of the prescribed budget will be charged to the personal account
    of the employee.
    2. Meetings should be held within the office premises. Meetings outside the office would
    only be allowed if majority of the attendees are non-employees, meetings with Clergy/
    LGU5/ Institutional Partners and out of town meetings. Meetings outside the office
    should have prior approval from the Department Head.
    3. Meals of the service team are to be incorporated in the Event Budget. No additional
    meal allowance will be given during the event.

    4. Whenever possible, payment should be made directly to the supplier with official
    receipt. The receipt should be submitted to Finance together with the attendance
    sheet.
    5. Liquidation for Meal allowance should be in accordance with the approved liquidation
    guidelines.

    This new policy is effective immediately.
