We are pleased to announce that after due consideration, the Meal allowance for meetings and
events have been increased as follows:
Additional guidelines:
1. Any expense in excess of the prescribed budget will be charged to the personal account
of the employee.
2. Meetings should be held within the office premises. Meetings outside the office would
only be allowed if majority of the attendees are non-employees, meetings with Clergy/
LGU5/ Institutional Partners and out of town meetings. Meetings outside the office
should have prior approval from the Department Head.
3. Meals of the service team are to be incorporated in the Event Budget. No additional
meal allowance will be given during the event.
