Objectives:
This subject is taught to impart knowledge in the area of numerical integration and
Calculus.
Contents:
Solutions of Simultaneous Equations Solution of linear equations – Direct
methods – Gauss elimination - Cholesky method – Iterative methods – Gauss-Seidel and
Jacobi method –-Solutions of Non linear equations – Newton Raphson’s - Modified
Newton Raphson’s methods – Alpha Constant Method - Riks -Wempner method .
