Description:
SATE is a standalone environment that provides Co-Providers with test environment. SATE
comprises several components that mimic the production. The following components mimic the
production.
IMA enables the co-provider to create Local Service Requests (LSRs) to order services for their
customers. Co-providers resell CenturyLink services, but CenturyLink provides the phone lines,
technicians, telephone numbers and other support services Co-providers are billed directly - at
Wholesale rate - for services provided by CenturyLink and the CLECs, in turn, bill their customers.
SATE implemented a production independent data to mimic production legacy systems production
data
Responsibilities:
 Involved in preparing AID Documents.
 Attending SWAT call to fix the outage issues.
 Daily Monitoring processes of the all Applications.
 Handling HD tickets for Server/Process issues.
