    In view thereof, we would like to reiterate our policy on holiday pay rule.

    An employee shall be entitled to holiday pay if:

    1. He/she is present on the working day immediately preceding holiday; or


    2. He/she is on leave of absence with pay on the day immediately preceding
    holiday.
