CHAPTER I: INTRODUCTION

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Mr. Jiggles Company established because of the Filipino taste of loving and

having a sweet taste before and after eating. This is the reason why we came up with

the idea of Mr. Jiggles products such as, Mr. Jiggles Buko Pandan, Mr. Jiggles Jelly

Flan and Mr. Jiggles Coffee Jelly.

The Mr. Jiggles Company offers delicious chilled gelatin desserts that is served

in a cup topped with condensed milk and other toppings such as marshmallows and

chocolate chips. It is simply made by combining gelatin, water, flavorings and sugar to

add some sweetness. Our gelatin is a low-fat dessert that ranges in three flavors, such

as, buko pandan, coffee jelly, and leche flan that will satisfy our customer's tastes. Our

gelatin desserts especially buko pandan jelly are the perfect comfort food for every

Filipino's taste since coconut and pandan are crowd favorites here in the Philippines.

The Mr. Jiggles Buko Pandan is a fusion of two flavors that will now be savor with

a cheaper price. Mr. Jiggles Jelly Flan is a combination of the Filipino-style leche flan

and gelatin. And with Mr. Jiggles Coffee Jelly is a different twist of strong coffee and

sweetness of the cream.

Gelatin is not just simply jelly its healthy jelly! It improves gut health and

digestion. Protects joints and lowers joint pain. Helps improve sleep quality. Lifts your

mood and improves cognitive abilities. Improves skin health. Helps maintain heart

health. Maintains strong bones. Helps you feel full. A type of protein derived from

collagen, gelatin is found in animal parts that provide us with important amino acids, the
“building blocks” of proteins. In fact, its unique amino acid profile is the reason for many

of its health benefits.

We are innovating how our product are made and produced to further improve it

from the usual standard gelatin around. By mixing different special ingredients to

produce a jellylicious gelatin while still being a low-fat dessert, its distinctive trait that will

surely be unforgettable is guaranteed.

ACKNOWLEDEGEMENT

Before ending our Business Venture we would like to add a few words of

appreciation for the people who have been part of this project right from the inception.

Thank you for our teachers giving this opportunity, we are able to exhibit what we have

learned from various subjects. We may have faced some challenges and without your

support, patience and guidance, this task would not have been successful. It is to them

we owe our deepest gratitude.

It has been a privilege for our group to have a business venture and having the

teachers that assisted us from the commencement of this project. The success of our

business venture project is a result of sheer hard work of each and everyone in this

group, also the determination put in us with the help of our teachers. We hereby take

this opportunity to add a special note of thanks to them who undertook to act as our

mentors in every different aspect of this project despite them having many other

academics and other commitments. Their wisdom, knowledge, and commitment to the

highest standards inspired and motivated us. Without their insights, support and energy,

this project wouldn’t have kick-started and neither would have fruitfulness.

Our project is dedicated to all those people who helped us doing this project.
