    a. NCND/IMFPA signed first;Buyer issues ICPO and Bank Commitment Letter (Proof

    b.Upon verification of BCL, Seller acknowledged ICPO to the Buyer and provide
    soft POP (Tank receipt, SGS Report, etc) and Full Corporate Offer to the Buyer with
    .acceptance and return to the Seller

    c.Seller issue Draft Contract to the Buyer and when both parties agreed with the
    contract, thereafter the contract shall be executed and ratified with copies of the
    .original distributed to both mutual parties

    d.Seller's Bank shall pre-advice 2% Performance Bond to the Buyer's Bank within
    .5 Banking days

    e.The Buyer shall establish a Transferable Letter of Credit to Seller's Bank, which
    .activates the Performance Bond

    f.Seller submits Full POP (ownership title, export license, etc) bank to bank to
    .Buyer while Buyer makes payment via Transferable L/C to Seller simultaneously

    .g. Shipment commences as per contract
