    RE: REQUIREMENTS ACQUISITION OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTIES

    PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

    1. SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE (Do not pay the balance amount unless the following
    documents are surrendered to you)
    a. Request Copy of the Original Cancellation of Mortgage (duly notarized);
    b. Duly signed and notarized Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle (see attached sample)
    c. Acknowledgment Receipt of the Amount paid (see attached sample)
    d. Affidavit of Undertaking with Waiver (see attached sample)
    e. Check authenticity of the Certificate of Registration and the Official Receipt
    f. Request Procedural and Documentary requirements of the transfer of COR/OR
    from LTO

    2. SALE OF LOT
    a. Request Copy of the Land Title (then secure certified true copy of the land title
    before the Registry of Deeds-Province)
    b. Recent Tax Declaration (2019)
    c. Real Property Tax Clearance
    d. Photocopy of IDs- Seller and heirs (children)
