    This is to certify that ROBERT M. ABELIS of Compund, Dancalan, Ilog, Negros


    Occidental has taken the Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test, HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL at
    Inayauan Central Elementary School in Inayauan, Cauayan, Negros Occidental on March 3,
    2019 .
    This further certifies, based on DepEd Memorandum No. 76 s 2018 and DepEd
    Memorandum No. 102, s.2018, that he/she has PASSED the said examination in accordance
    with DepEd Order No. 027, s. 2018 as completer of ALS under the old basic education curriculum
    prior to the implementation of the SHS in K to 12, he is a HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE eligible for
    admission to:
     College/University, subject to the policies and requirement of the accepting
    Higher Education Institution
     Skills development training programs
    He may also opt to take Senior High School (SHS) education and enroll in public SHS or in
    a recognized private school offering SHS, subject to the latter’s admission requirements.

    His A&E test result will be forwarded to your office upon receipt from the Bureau of
    Alternative Learning System (BALS), 3F Mabini Bldg., DepEd Complex, Meralco Ave., Pasig City or
    you may access the 2018 Accreditation and Equivalency Test result at www.deped.gov.ph.

    Attached herewith is a photocopy of the result where his name is being listed.

    This certification is issued upon the request of the above named person for whatever
    purpose it may serve his best.
