    RESOLUTION NO. ___ -2019
    (Motioned by Barangay Kagawad ROMMEL UDAY
    Seconded by Barangay Kagawad LEON SUMALAg)

    A RESOLUTION RE-ALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF P150,000.00 FROM THE


    REHAB OF BOX CULVERT AT APAYA CREEK, PINOCOC, PINUKPUK TO THE
    CONSTRUCTION OF SUBMERSIBLE WATER SYSTEM.

    WHEREAS, the existing box culvert at Apaya Creek has a program rehab of
    P150, 000.00 from the 2017 20% Development Fund of the Municipal Government
    which was damaged during the onslaught of Typhoon Lawin and subsequently by
    Typhoon Ompong;

    WHEREAS, the National Irrigation Administration-Chico River Pump Irrigation


    Project Management gave their commitment as a part of their environmental mitigation
    program to undertake the rehab of the abovementioned box-culvert;

    WHEREAS, the continued dry spell all over the country has made the source of
    water scarce resulting to lack of potable water in the residential areas, hence this
    resolution;

    WHEREAS, there is an immediate construction of submersible water system to


    help alleviate the potable water scarcity;
    NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Rommel Uday duly seconded by
    Kagawad Leon Sumalag; be it resolved as it is hereby resolved to earnestly request for
    the re-alignment of the amount P150,000.00 from the rehab of the Apaya Creek Box
    Culvert to the construction of submersible water system;

    RESOLVED FURTHER AND FINALLY, to forward and request HON. IRVING B.


    DASAYON, Municipal Mayor, for his favorable consideration and legislative action of
    the Sangguniang Bayan of Pinukpuk, Kalinga.

    Carried unanimously.

    Done this 18th day of February 2019 at Pinococ Brgy Hall.
