Primary Objectives:
Employment
Compensation
Assists with the monitoring of the company wage and salary structure
and the variable pay systems within the company
including bonuses and raises.
Provides competitive market research and prepares pay studies to help
establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain
superior staff.
Provides payroll processing backup support. Partners with accounting
and payroll to maintain the payroll database.
Participates in one salary survey per year.

Organization Development
The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed
to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work
environment is usually quiet to moderate.
Conclusion
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, including
employment processing, compensation, payroll, health and welfare benefits, training
and development, records management, employee relations and retention • Prepare
HR MIS and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. •
Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and
scheduling trainings) • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics
such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems • Coordinate
training sessions and seminars • Assist in performance management processes •
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies • Maintain
employee records, attendance, leave data etc. according to policy and legal
requirements • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting
ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to
add value to job accomplishments. • Improve manager and employee performance
by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing
selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees. • Complete
special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules;
conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions. •
Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential. Desired Candidate
Profile: • MBA in Human Resources Management • Previous experience in the role
of Human Resources Generalist or similar position and able to demonstrate
complete understanding of the position. • Extremely well organized and methodical in
his/her approach to problem solving and be able to manage filing/database system. •
Excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite for a HR Generalist as you will be
dealing with employees on every level. • Familiarity with Human Resources
Management Systems (HRMS) • Good knowledge of employment contracts,
employee leaves and insurance • Excellent communication skills • Experience in
Performance Management, Training Management, Maintaining Employee Files,
People Skills, Resolving Conflict, Employment Law and Payroll
