known as KEM Consultants the company was incorporated and came to be
known as Naushahi Developers in the year 2017. The company has scaled

ABOUT US
Azeem Bhatti
An Electrical Engineer by profession, spent twenty successful years from 1995 to
2015 in the Telecomm & Infrastructure and Network Planning Sector with a
large firm like Rogers & MET Electrical Testing Company in USA & Canada.
Came back to his native and started working in real estate sector, he had the
vision to expand beyond facilitating traditional business transactions and
provide a complete range of sales, purchasing, consulting, development, and
management services.
Syed Ahsan Ali

Computer Science graduate having a Master’s degree in Media Sciences &
Marketing with over 13 years experience in sales and business management.
Ahsan has enjoyed a successful career in the media & real estate industry where
he earned numerous awards for customer service and satisfaction.
Experienced and dedicated real estate channel marketer, who provides a
dependable and ethical service to the clients. He has an eye for detail and
maintains a market knowledge that our diverse client base requires.
Ilma Aroze
She has enjoyed a 9-year career in real estate, specially concentrating on
commercial real estate leasing, shopping center management, financing and
accounting in New York, USA.
Ilma spent the last several years specializing in development project leasing and
commercial real estate sales. Graduated with a BS degree in Business
Administration and Marketing.
