    Weiss+Associates is marketing an Affidavit of Revocation of Election for €450 ($616). We reviewed


    the web site, especially the page dealing with the Revocation of Election.

    The Web Site


    From what we could tell, this is a beautifully presented weaving of discarded and unworkable legal
    arguments nestled in with some statutes, definitions, and their interpretation of them. From our
    experiences, we’re sure that no tax agency will pay attention to what it says, and if it comes to a
    courtroom situation, the arguments will not sway anyone, including the jury(!).

    Fundamental Mistakes. The site's claims (1) are not based on facts, but rather legal interpretations; (2)
    would put the burden of proof on you; and (3) represent your interpretation of the law. These are all
    guaranteed losers.

    The Affidavits of Revocation of Election


    A Tax Relief Team member purchased the product and asked us to review it. For $615, you'll get a 4-
    page affidavit of revocation of election. The first 3 pages of the affidavit are basically case law
    citations, definitions, statutes, and their interpretation of statutes. It also presumes that a W-8BEN has
    been filed. On the last page, there is only ONE (1) paragraph that contains the actual "revocation."

    Bonus: Tax Court Petition


    You'll also receive a rather lengthy "sample" Tax Court petition filled with almost every frivolous issue
    we've ever seen. Based on our experiences in Tax Court, a petitioner using the WEISS+ASSOCIATES
    sample petition will most likely receive a sanction of $5,000, if not more.
