Instructions Auto-SF2

1. Write the names of pupils/students and other important information in the Modified
2. Click "June" button to access its sheet. And type the dates in the appropriate cells.
3. Hide unused rows so that they will not appear in the final printout. You can unhide th
4. Indicate the day in the appropriate cell before checking the attendance of pupils/stud
5. (Important) Mark "E" if the has pupil entered the class for the first time during the fir
6. Leave the cell BLANK if the pupil is present.
7. To work on the form for the succeeding months, you must choose the appropriate tab

REMINDERS:
1. If you wish to use this program, you must start in the month of JUNE. But if you haven
