Esconda el botón
Una persona esconde un botón u otra cosita en el patio de juegos y los demás lo
buscan. La persona que escondió el objeto da pistas a los demás jugadores:
cuanto más se alejen los jugadores del objeto escondido les va diciendo “frio, muy
frio, helado…” y mientras más se acerquen al objeto les va diciendo, “caliente,
muy caliente, ardiendo, te quemas…”
Memoria gigante
Use hojas grandes de papel o platos de papel para dibujar pares de números,
dibujos, o símbolos. Ubíquelos boca abajo en un campo u otro lugar en el parque y
tomen turnos buscando los pares. Esta es una buena oportunidad para motivar a
su niño a que se mueva mientras ejercita su cerebro.
Juego de búsqueda
Los juegos de búsqueda son una actividad divertida para niños de todas las
edades. Haga una lista de cosas que los niños tendrán que encontrar. Puede
adaptar el nivel de dificultad según el desarrollo de los niños. La lista puede incluir
cualquier cosa que uno puede encontrar en el parque o puede ser basado en un

Sol: Párate derecho mirando hacia arriba con los brazos hacia el cielo y las

Lluvia: Párate derecho, y dóblate extendiendo los brazos hacia los pies como la
lluvia que cae.

estuvieras sembrando plantas en un huerto.
Relajando en el parque: Acuéstate boca arriba con los brazos y las piernas
extendidas, cierra los ojos y respira.
