of Technology Rourkela, Odisha, India. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Librarian at Thapar
University, Patiala, Punjab and Knowledge Management Consultant at TATA Consultancy Services,
Bangalore. He has over 18 years of professional experience in Library Management, Knowledge
