The document discusses discovering your personal teaching style by completing a questionnaire to understand how you and your students learn best. It aims to help teachers provide a learning environment that matches students' needs.

The questionnaire aims to help teachers recognize their personal teaching style by having them rate how frequently certain teaching methods or preferences occur in their own teaching. This will provide results to help teachers be more flexible in their approach to meet different students' learning needs.

The questionnaire assesses preferences around elements like lighting, temperature, movement, noise levels, working individually or collaboratively, and preferences around different types of students.

{\

Only by discovering your own

personal teaching style is it
possible to become more
flexible and match your
style to the learning
needs of your
students.

Education
