Examination of the deep cervical lymph nodes Patient should be seated Inspect Palpate: compare, assess, mobilty, consistency

Cervical Metastasis Block dissection
Internal Jugular Vein, Fascia and lymph nodes and the submandibular salivary glands removed Carotid artery and vagus nerves are carefully preserved Bilateral spread 3-4 weeks
