Competencies:Knowledge and experience

Evidence Previous administrative experience and experience of handling enquiries, particularly in a HR environment Experience of co-ordinating and servicing courses and/or events and related administration Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Experience of working in a Higher Education environment Experience of web editing and using a content management system (CMS) Ability to understand and convey information in a clear, accurate and appropriate manner face-to-face, over the telephone and in writing Ability to deal sensitively and efficiently with a variety of service providers and customer groups Ability to produce and edit basic correspondence Experience of contributing effectively to a team Experience of excellent service delivery Ability to provide a high standard of service and information accurately and promptly to internal and external customers.
