Chocolate Sauce

Dark chocolate 200 gm


Milk 100 mls
Double cream 500 mls
Butter 20 gm
Method

• Put the milk and cream in a heavy bottomed saucepan and bring to the
boil.
• Chop the dark chocolate and mix it into the milk and cream taking it of
the heat.
• Add the butter and stir until melted and shiny.
