    1.1. Head of the Panel thanked all panel members and welcomed M.Sharim for
    being a new member of the panel.

    2 PRESENTING AND VERIFYING PREVIOUS MINUTES


    2.1. Pn.Ainidah Abu Bakar proposed all members to accept the previous
    minutes. Mr. Ganesan seconded the proposal.

    3 ARISING MATTERS:
    3.1. MID-YEAR EXAM :
    All the members discussed and did post-mortem on the results of the
    exam which are as follow :

    Action taken: All subject teachers

    3.2. PLBS & ULBS :


    Head of the Panel reminded all teachers to update the PLBS and ULBS
    files and marks.The teachers are also to carry out oral assessment for
    each form for second term.

    3.3 PROGRAMMES PLAN :


    All of the English Language teachers discussed of having programmes to
    overcome the weaknesses of students in the exam paper as well as their
    profiency in English Language. They are as follow:

    FORM PROGRAMMES
    1 - 1 2 1 SESSIONS (In and Out P&P process)
    2 - 1 2 1 SESSIONS (In and Out P&P process)
    3 -1 2 1 SESSIONS (In and Out P&P process)
    - Drilling on Paper 1 & 2
    - More focussed on Section A
    5 -1 2 1 SESSIONS (In and Out P&P process)
    On Thursdays and Fridays

    3.4 TEAM WORK :


    Head of the panel advised all teachers to work as ateam to increase the
    numbers of A’s and to achieve 100 % passess.

    3.5 SYLLABUS & OEA :


    Feed back from the teachers - All sylllabusess went on smoothly as
    planned.PLBS & ULBS files also have been updated.

    It is confirmed that the ULBS will be conducted in August 2010.

    Action taken: All subjects teachers

    4 OTHERS :
    4.1. Head of the panel reminded once again on the importance of team work to
    achieve ETR and to work in non-controversy environment.
