All of first Thank you very much for giving replies of my letter. Now my Details is
under
1. I had worked with KARANATAKA SOAPS AND DETERGENT LTD.Banglore
under control of Mumbai Branch. After leaving my job as demand by Mumbai
Branch I had send FORM NO.10-c duly filled and sign by me on 21-6-2007.I
am enclosing copy for your ready reference.
2. I am enclosing copy of all relevant documents for your ready reference and
necessary action.
Sir, I had received last letter from EPFOffice, Banglore on 24/2/2009 for asking to
provide certain details. This is lying with Mumbai Branch. Thereafter I had sent three
Request letters to Mumbai Branch provide details to EPF Office under intimation to
me. But I did not get any response form Mumbai Branch or EPF Office Bangalore.
Sir, after retirement there is no regular income sources. You are most humbly
requested to expedite the my settlement case by as an early date under intimation
to me and oblige
