Providing onsite and remote production support for CSFi switch, task includes maintaining
optimum uptime for switch application.

application (HPS) and Card management project.
Noor Islamic Bank is a newly established UAE bank dedicated to performance and to delivering
Superior modern Islamic banking solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Testing of transaction flow ,ATM/CCDM functionality and end to end testing of transactions
In UAT phase.
Installed ATM/CCDM machines across UAE in implementation phase, this includes site
feasibility check, Co-ordination with ATM vendor for delivery, co-ordination with network
team and switch team.
ATM/ CCDM installation includes loading of software, configuration of machines and
testing.
Tested and Implemented NCR Gasper EJ exchange server and APTRA promote.
Implemented NCR Incident Monitoring system which requires a SNMP configuration on
ATM/CCDM and network configuration.
Handled Customer Disputes related to Withdrawals and deposit disputes for on us and
