All legislative power is given to the congress
All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the
United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge
necessary and expedient.
Article III
Judicial power of US vested in Supreme Court and other federal courts
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme
Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time
ordain and establish.
Definition of treason
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against
them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

large states.
