The department of orthopaedics is equipped with

world class equipment like Siemens multiphos 5E C-Arm
machine, Laminar flow system (one of its kind in whole
north Karnataka) ideally suited for replacement and spine
surgeries, Department of Orthopaedics is also equipped
with Karl-storz Arthroscopic equipments ideally suited for
key-hole surgeries of joints and spine.
The department of orthopaedics has high success
rate in handling critical cases like polytrauma (Accident)
and post operative complications like pulmonary
embolism as it has a world class SICU with ventilators and
highly skilled paramedical staff.
 The department of O & G in equipped with highly
neat maintained labour room with separate cubicle for
each patient in labour and has excusive maternity ward
with state of the art operation theatre adjacent to the
labour room.
Labour room has CTG machine for foetal
monitoring during labour and high risk pregnancies like
PIH, diabetes in pregnancy, preterm and IUGR babies.
The department of O & G in equipped to handle
complicated obstetric cases like eclampsia, difficulty
labour, etc.
OT is equipped with latest laparoscopic (Karl
Storz) equipment for laparoscopic tubectomies,
hysterectomies etc.
All kind of gyneacological surgeries like vaginal
and abdominal hystrerectomies are performed with
utmost asepsis.
Department of O & G also run infertility clinic.

Department of Paediatrics has a separate

Paediatric ward, PICU and fully equipped state of the art
Neonatal intensive care unit with Maquet Servo-I
ventilator, Bubble CPAP, warmers, phototherapy
units,Schiller monitors, infusion pumps and syringe
drivers.
Department is fully equipped to handle any
paediatric emergencies like status epileptics,
asthamaticus etc.
 Neonatal unit with its highly trained nursing staff is
capable of managing preterm babies, low birth weight
babies, Meconium aspiration syndrome, RDS etc.
Department is managed by Dr. Srinivas Bacha
who is trained at London in neonatal care and tropical
paediatrics.

The department of the medicine has 6 bedded

Medical Intensive care unit equipped with world class
Maquet Servo-S Adult Ventilator, Schiller Cardiac
Monitors, Defibrillator etc. and 2 bedded step down unit.
The ICU is capable of handling cases like
myocardial infarction, pulmonary oedema, snake bite,
poisoning and other medical emergencies.
Department of medicine provides daily out
patient service, in patient facility, 24hr. Emergency
consultation and treatment, speciality clinics for
hypertension diabetic, heart disease, neurology,
nephrology are also available.
 Department of surgery has well equipped
operation theatre capable of handling complicated
surgeries. Equipped to perform Laparoscopic surgeries
like Lap cholecystectomy, appendectomy etc.
Also has separate SICU for post operative care
and management Operations/ procedure like lithotripsy,
